Eric M. Banagay, LISW, LADAC, BCD, MAC, SAP, SAE, CART

Clinical Social Worker, Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counselor

Eric earned his BSW in Social Work and BA in Psychology from New Mexico State University and his MSW from New Mexico Highlands University. He also attended Santa Fe Community College for his certificates in Substance Abuse Treatment and Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist. Eric is board certified in Clinical Social Work, is a nationally certified Master Addiction Counselor, a qualified Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional (D.O.T. SAP), a U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Substance Abuse Expert (N.R.C. SAE), a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist and a Certified Adoptions Counselor. He works with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families on a wide variety of issues. Eric is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and uses it to treat different issues. Eric is certified by the New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department to provide Pre-Placement Studies (Home Studies), Post-Placement Services / Post-Placement Reports and adoption counseling services for independent adoptions.

M. Ellie Dlouhy, MA, LPCC, CCMHC

Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Ellie earned her BS in Psychology and her MA in Counseling from Eastern New Mexico University. She has several years of experience working with military families and being in a military family herself. Ellie specializes in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and uses Brain Spotting along with EMDR to treat a wide variety of problems. Ellie works primarily with adults, couples and families on a number of different issues. She is a nationally certified clinical mental health counselor.

Judy L. Mitchell, MA, LPCC

Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Judy has been in private practice for 20 years as a mental health therapist specializing in Christian counseling. She works with couples, families and individuals from age 3 through senior adults. Judy received her BA in Sociology from the University of North Texas and her MA in Counseling / Psychology from Eastern New Mexico University. She is a professional member of the American Psychological Association and the American Association of Christian Counselors. Judy works with depression, anxiety, marital and relationship problems, anger/conflict management, grief, communication and emotional/physical/sexual abuse. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy methods as well as sand and play therapy techniques.

Johnny Casady, MA, LPCC

Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Johnny earned his BS in Computer Science and BA in Psychology as well as his MA in Counseling from Eastern New Mexico University. He has been a therapist for over a decade in the local area and has provided counseling services for children, youth, adults and families. Johnny is familiar with local cultural features and has a close understanding of the challenges associated with military life. He works with a wide range of clients with an open mind, positive attitude and a sense of humor. Johnny is also trained in Dialectical Behavior therapy.
